We give God the praise for bringing us to the end of this series today. We started with “Embedded in Praise,” “Covenant of Ease,” “Spirit of Ease,” and today by His grace, what we shall be talking about is “Divine Ease.”

What is divine ease? Divine ease represents a state of God-given rest, God-given peace, or freedom from hardship. It means living at ease, though it carries a dual meaning of blessing and spiritual warning.

There is no one on earth who prefers struggle to ease, difficulties to ease, suffering to enjoyment, because the thing is that God has not called us into suffering. And even though we might suffer, the suffering will be for Christ, which always ends up in easement for us in the long run.

So this divine ease is only found in God, and He alone can give this ease to His people. The Bible says in Exodus 3:7 that God said, “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, and I know their sorrow. So I have come to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians.”

In other words, “I have come to give ease to them so that they can be free from the bondage of oppressions they found themselves in.” There is nothing as good as when God hears someone in the midst of their sorrows.

When God decides to end someone’s suffering and give peace at last to such a person, when God decides to bring the will of the adversaries to an end in someone’s life—for when these happen, what that literally means is that God is giving ease to the life that has been tormented by the hands of the evil ones.

And the reason why divine ease is much more important than ease is because when the ease you have is divine, it opens doors to many more of God’s blessings beyond the area you want God to bring ease into your life.

And the good news is this: God made a promise to bring easement into the lives of those who are called by His name, even though they might have been the ones who brought hardship and sufferings into their lives by themselves.

Just like it was for the people of God in the book of Jeremiah we just read, these folks are the ones who derailed, who disobeyed, which is why they were exiled to Babylon. But God still made a promise to break the yoke of Babylon off their neck. So even though you are the reason for your hard labor, for your sufferings, for the rocky situation you find yourself in, the Lord is remembering His promise over your life today.

Doing things without ease can really be frustrating. Living a life of discomfort, a life lacking simplicity can be exhausting. Hence the reason God made available for us the spirit of ease, covenant of ease, power of ease, and authority of ease. And these four is what I pray you will be imparted with today in the name of Jesus.

So that what others are using years to accomplish will be done for you in days. So that bonds others could not burst, yokes others could not break will be burst and broken from your neck.

For you to walk in divine ease, you must be activated in a fourfold impartation of ease:

1. Covenant of Ease — The foundation as we’ve talked about couple weeks ago, representing the spiritual agreement and the promise that shifts your life from striving to receiving. You do not have to beg for ease or strain to earn it because it is already a structural promise sealed by God (Isaiah 54:10).
2. Spirit of Ease — The peace, mindsets, and emotional rest required so that your internal environment matches your external blueprint. When you have the spirit of ease, this overrides external chaos (Matthew 11:28-30).
3. Power of Ease — The kinetic energy that provides the supernatural momentum that breaks through obstacles and makes heavy burdens light and difficult tasks simple. This power given by the Spirit of God takes what should be incredibly difficult or demanding and causes it to yield to you seamlessly (Zechariah 4:6). Your might and physical powers have nothing better to offer than striving and physical exhaustion, but the power of ease is what brings the supernatural energy of God into your situation instead of exhaustion and strives from the heavy lifting you are doing.
4. Authority of Ease — The executive right and the spiritual command to silence chaos and mandate order so that the environments you find yourself will have no choice but to favor you rather than fight you.

So as power is the muscle, the authority is the official badge that dictates order. Jesus did not shout or scream at the storm, but He operated in authority. And that is why we need the authority of ease, because in this authority, we speak to turbulent situations from a place of ease and rest.

Because you are not the one operating on your own, but rather you are backed by Jesus. And chaotic situations will have no choice but to instantly align, shift, and grow quiet in your presence.

That is why I am here to tell you this morning that we must do all it takes to operate in this alignment and flow. For somebody here this morning, you need to operate in the covenant, in the spirit, in the power, and authority of ease.

You have been grinding. You have been sweating. You have been fighting battles in your own strength. But the Lord sent me to tell you that the season of survival is over. You are stepping out of the labor of the flesh and into the abundance of the Spirit.

God is releasing a fourfold impartation into this room right now:

Receive the Covenant of Ease! No more begging for breakthroughs. God is reminding you of the legal agreement signed in the blood of Jesus. It is your inheritance to be anchored in ease—nothing missing, nothing broken, and zero friction.

Receive the Spirit of Ease! I command every anxious thought, every midnight panic, and every heavy burden to roll off your shoulders right now. May the quietness and assurance of the Holy Spirit take over your mind so completely that even in the middle of a storm, your soul is at absolute rest.

Receive the Power of Ease! The days of heavy lifting are over. Where human might has failed you, the supernatural momentum of God is taking over. The obstacles that used to require a sledgehammer are going to melt like wax before you, because it is not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord!

Receive the Authority of Ease! You will no longer be a victim of your environment. You are leaving this place with the executive right to speak to the chaos in your home, the chaos in your finances, and the chaos in your health and say, “Peace, be still.” And the winds and the waves must obey you.
