DIVINE FULFILLMENT
We give God the praise for how far the Lord God has brought us from the first part of this series called “The High Praise of God” and the second part which is “Faith Beyond Measure,” and thirdly which we treated last week was “What Do You Bring to the Table?” and today by His grace, what we shall be talking about is the series title itself called “Divine Fulfillment.”
When we talk about divine fulfillment, it is a fulfillment that comes directly from God, the kind of fulfillment that nobody can take glory for, the one that all eyes will see and all ears will hear and praise the Lord with you for.
It is a miracle, a response to one’s long-awaited request, an achievement of something desired, and this is beyond what physical means can release to someone unless it has already been orchestrated by God.
And these benefits, David knew about and understood clearly, after he thought about the suffering of the past, tests from God, the way they were all refined like silver, brought into the net with afflictions laid on their backs, and having men ride over them.
But after all these challenges and situations faced by them, it is the same God that delivered them and brought them out to their rich fulfillment. And this highlights God’s deliverance and God’s provision after a period of trial.
And this is not the first time we have seen such a transition as this. We saw this in the Israelites’ journey from slavery in Egypt to the promised land according to Exodus 3:8. We saw this in the life of Jabez, when God enlarged his territory. We saw this transition in the life of Joseph that made him go from prison to second in command in Egypt.
So divine fulfillment, in other words, reflects the faithfulness of God in fulfilling His promises by transforming dire situations into blessings, by making messes become messages, by making tests become testimonies, so that someone may go from story to glory.
But the scary thing about this is that not everyone has what it takes to end up in rich fulfillment. Not everyone would enjoy the best of God. Even though God might have been ready for some to have divine fulfillment, some will by their own hands throw away this fulfillment, and such was the case study of those who refused to enter into the promised land because of unbelief.
And that is why I will encourage you not to ignore any of the parts in this series, because they will become your clue and keys to benefit from God’s divine fulfillment that we are talking about today.
For somebody here this morning, I want you to know that your fulfillment cannot come from your strength, for the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, and nor riches to the intelligent. As a matter of fact, nor favor to those with knowledge, but those who happen to be favored by God are the ones with assurance of this fulfillment.
And I want to assure you that God in His power is bringing you into your divine fulfillment. You are going to experience an achievement of something desired. For if you can praise God, and apply faith beyond measures, and bring your all to the table, then God will bring you into rich fulfillment.
I know for some, there have been dreams, expectations, promises, and more that you are already looking forward to. There will be a fulfillment to them in the name of Jesus.
For after these folks had suffered a while, they entered rich fulfillment. The book of 1 Peter 5:10 also said, “May the God of all grace, who has called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.”
So in other words, divine fulfillment brings perfection. It strengthens, it establishes, and settles. And all these can only come from the God of all grace. Beloved, it does not matter what you are going through. This word of God is what I want you to hold on to this morning, for the God of all grace who has called us is here in our midst to wipe away all tears, to perfect, to strengthen and settle us.
So that long-awaited promises may be fulfilled, so that tears may be replaced with laughter, shame turned to fame, and story becoming glory.
Beloved, there will be fulfillment of answered prayers. All that God wanted to do concerning you will be done. There will be an achievement of these things. The Bible says in Luke 1:45, “Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord.”
There is something told you from the Lord, beloved. Let your faith work with my faith at this moment, and I pray you will see them fulfilled in your lifetime in Jesus’ name. Amen.
You will no longer suffer from oppressors who have caused suffering, who caused you hardship in the name of Jesus.
As you are wrapping up this month, your period of trials wraps up as well, so that you are brought to rich fulfillment. You will be brought out into a wealthy place, a place of refreshment and rich comfort in the name of Jesus.
Every experience garnered from your period of trials shall become your testimonies in the name of Jesus.
Through Esther, the household of Israel were brought to rich fulfillment in Esther chapter 8. Moses and Joshua brought the household of Israel to rich fulfillment. Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob experienced divine fulfillment of God’s promises and God’s abundance. Jesus was killed but rose from the dead and was brought to rich fulfillment.
I pray for you as well, you will be brought to rich fulfillment. There shall be divine fulfillment of these things that God alone is able to do for you in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Lastly, there is a fulfillment, abundance that could only be seen and found in Christ Jesus who offers eternal life and spiritual riches to those who believe in Him, because the ultimate fulfillment that anyone can look forward to attaining is found in the New Heaven and New Earth, a place where believers will experience eternal abundance and peace (Revelation 21:1-4).
We must all be fulfilled with these new promises. The grace needed must be searched for so that we are brought to this fulfillment.
Prayer: God, thank You for Your promises over my life. Let Your promises, O God, in my life be fulfilled without further delay. I enter into my rich fulfillment in the name of Jesus.
